Bhubaneswar–Junagarh Super Fast Express Upgraded With Modern LHB Coaches

Bhubaneswar: The 20837/20838 Bhubaneswar-Junagarh Road -Bhubaneswar Super Fast Express has been upgraded with one rake of modern Linke Hofmann Busch (LHB) Coaches, offering improved Safety and Comfort to Passengers.

According to an ECoR press release, the service of 1st rake of the 20837/20838 Bhubaneswar-Junagarh Road -Bhubaneswar Super Fast Express with LHB coaches will commence from Bhubaneswar on August 08, 2025, and from Junagarh Road on August 09, 2025. At present the train is operated with conventional ICF coaches.

The upgraded train composition with LHB rake will have 2nd AC – 02 Coaches, 3rd AC – 04 Coaches, Sleeper class – 05 Coaches, Second Class Seating – 4 Coaches, Guard cum Power Car – 1 and 1 Guard cum Second Class Coach for Divyangjan Passengers.

The introduction of LHB coaches marks a significant upgrade in passenger amenities and operational efficiency on this important route, connecting Coastal and Tribal regions of Odisha and important towns of Andhra Pradesh with State Capital of Odisha at Bhubaneswar.
