Bhubaneswar: A total of 311 new Covid positive cases and 22 fatalities were reported from the city during the last 24 hours, according to the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC).
The city as on date has 1246 active cases and the death toll has climbed to 595.
Meanwhile, 235 Covid patients have recovered from the disease and the cumulative total of recoveries now stands at 93,332.
Out of the new positive cases detected, 229 are local contact cases and the remaining 82 are quarantine cases.
