Bhubaneswar: After a gap of a few days, yet again a man has been robbed while travelling in ‘Mo Bus’, the public transport service under CRUT.
According to reports, one Biranchi Sethi, who was travelling from Vani Vihar to Khandagiri in Mo Bus allegedly lost Rs 42,000 to pickpocketing.
Sethi was carrying the money to repay a loan and get back the gold mortgaged against it as security.
He has lodged a complaint in this connection at the Nayapalli police station.
Sethi, who works as a driver, is a native of Nayagarh district and stays here in the VSS Nagar area.
Nayapalli police have launched an investigation into the complaint.
Earlier in September this year, a cancer patient was allegedly pickpocketed of Rs 15,400 inside Mo Bus.
Also, two girl students allegedly lost their mobile phones while travelling in Mo Bus in September this year.
