Bhubaneswar: The Twin City Commissionerate Police arrested a high-profile robber in Bhubaneswar on charges of robbing a garment shop in the capital city.
According to reports, the alleged robber came to Reba Garment on Lewis Road in Bhubaneswar in an expensive car on the pretext of buying things. A woman accompanied him. While the woman engaged the shopkeeper in showing her different items, the man found the cash counter unattended and stole the entire money.
Later, both left the shop in the car. However, the episode was caught on the CCTV camera installed in the shop.
Based on a complaint registered by the shopkeeper at the Bargarh police station, police launched an investigation and nabbed the high-profile thief and are on the lookout for his female accomplice.
