Bhubaneswar: RTO-II Closed After Staff Come In Contact With COVID-19 Positive

Bhubaneswar:   The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) today closed the Regional Transport Office (RTO) -II here in Patia area as a precautionary measure since some its employees had come in contact with COVID-19 positive case, informed BMC Zonal Deputy Commissioner Anshuman Rath today.

As a precautionary measure, as many as 13 employees of RTO-II have been sent on home quarantine, Rath added.

The BMC had on Tuesday closed RTO-I in Acharya Vihar after four of its employees were detected COVID-19 positive.

All employees of RTO-I in contact were sent on mandatory home quarantine.
