Sundargarh: Two young men died while another person was seriously injured in a road accident that occurred on the Bankibahal-Bhedabahal coal corridor road in Sundargarh district late Sunday night.
According to reports, the accident took place near the Bhasma police station, where a truck collided with a bike. As a result, Subham Barik and Trilochan Seth, both residents of Bhedabahal, died on the spot. However, the accident left Bikash Nayak severely injured.
Protesting the incident, locals staged a road blockade overnight but lifted the blockade in the morning.
