Biker Killed After Being Hit By Speeding Car In Koraput

Koraput: In a gruesome incident, a biker died on the spot after a speeding car hit him near Indian Oil Petrol Pump on National Highway No 26 in Semiliguda of Odisha’s Koraput district on Wednesday morning.

The deceased has been identified as Biswaranjan Mandal Naik, a native of Lamanda village in Koraput.

According to reports, the accident occurred after a speeding car collided with a truck and fell on the youth riding a motorcycle. Later, the rear wheel of the truck ran over the bike rider killing him on the spot due to profuse bleeding from a severe head injury.

On being informed, Semiliguda police personnel reached the spot and send the body to the Sunabeda Community Health Center for postmortem.
