BJD Forms District Committees In 11 Districts To Boost Grassroots Presence

Bhubaneswar: The Biju Janata Dal (BJD) on Saturday announced the formation of its District Committees across 11 districts, a move aimed at strengthening the party’s organisational structure ahead of future political activities.

The decision was approved by BJD President Naveen Patnaik. The newly constituted committees cover Kandhamal, Sundergarh, Boudh, Kalahandi, Gajapati, Keonjhar, Malkangiri, Debagarh, Angul, Jharsuguda, and Subarnapur.

In each district, the party has announced the appointments of Vice President, General Secretary, Treasurer, and Secretary to oversee local operations.
