**Bhubaneswar:** The Biju Janata Dal (BJD) will focus to involve everyone at the grassroots in its 21st Foundation Day celebrations on December 26, informed party spokesperson Debashis Samantray on Saturday.
Briefing mediapersons, Samantray said the foundation day will be celebrated in each and every Zilla Parishad zones, blocks, municipal areas and NACs this year and the BJD will try to involve all gram panchayats.
The State-level celebration will be flagged off from Bhubaneswar by party Supremo and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and it is his wish to involve everyone in the party programme, he added.
On being questioned if any senior politicians are joining the BJD during the foundation day, Samantray stated that it can only be answered by the Chief Minister.
