Keonjhar: The BJD Zilla Parishad candidate from Zone 8 of Ghatgaon block in Keonjhar district Anadi Charan Singh passed away today.
Singh who felt unwell at his home in the morning was initially taken to the Community Health Centre (CHC) at Ghatgaon and was later shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital (DDH) here where doctors declared him dead.
As news of Singh’s untimely demise spread, a pall of gloom has descended among BJD workers in the district.
