BJP Govt Will Bless Keonjhar With 2nd Medical College & Long Cherished Steel Plant: Amit Shah

Keonjhar: Canvassing for votes for his party and wooing the voters of this tribal-dominated parliamentary constituency, BJP national president Amit Shah today promised the people here to build a second medical college and hospital and fulfill the people’s long cherished dream of having a steel plant set up in this district if Narendra Modi is re-elected as Prime Minister.

He also appealed the people to elect for a BJP Government in Odisha so that it could be made No 1 State in the next five years.  

 

Listing out the BJP Government’s achievements, Shah claimed, “Modi Sarkar has done lots of developmental activities in Odisha. Rs 1600 crore has been allocated to Keonjhar district under the District Mineral Fund (DMF) head. The new medical college and hospital under construction has been done due to the DMF sent by Narendra Modi.”

He further claimed, “NH-215 has been made four-lane. NH-6 has been made four-lane. BJP has made Daitari-Bansapani rail line. Also during our tenure, the first ever goods train started running here.”

The BJP president urged, “Make once again Narendra Modi your Prime Minister and Narendra Modi Sarkar (government) will fulfil the people’s dream of steel plant in Keonjhar. Narendra Modi Sarkar has allocated Rs 6081 crore under DMF to Odisha. IISTR was set up in Berhampur, IIM in Sambalpur, IIT in Bhubaneswar, ESI hospital in Bhubaneswar and around Rs 10,000 crore worth four-lane roads have been constructed by the BJP Sarkar. Multi-model logistic park was made in Jharsuguda, Balasore-Haldia-Durgapur LPG line work was also done, inaugurated Jharsuguda airport, Rs 5,000 crore waterway between Mahanadi and Brahmani river. All these will take ahead the development of Odisha.”

“In five years we’ll turn Odisha into a No 1 state. When our government is formed in Odisha, one more medical college will be made in Keonjhar,” Amit Shah assured.
