Berhampur: The nephew of Beguniapada block chairperson, Pankaj, was killed in a murderous attack at Beguniapada today evening.
The youth was attacked by a gang of six near Adarsh Vidyalaya in Ragapur in Beguniapada block. He was attacked with swords and was left badly injured.
Pankaj succumbed on his way to the hospital. Sources said the murder was because of an enmity of the past. Police have registered a case and started an investigation.
