Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Thursday declared as many as 16 locations as micro-containment zones. The step was taken after multiple COVID-19 positive cases were detected in these households, spread across different parts of the City.
According to an order issued by the BMC, the individual households, flats, and quarters, in the following areas have been declared as containment zones:
South-East Zone:
A plot in Unit-9;
A government quarter in Unit-9;
A plot in New AG Colony;
A flat in Surya Apartment, BJB Nagar;
A flat in Utkal Royal Residency.
South-West Zone:
A plot in Brundaban Garden, Kolkathia;
A plot in Khandagiri Plaza, Aiginia;
A plot in Girish Vihar, Durgamadhab Lane, Bharatpur;
A plot in Tulasi Vihar, Jagamara.
North Zone:
A Plot in Niladri Vihar, Sector-3;
An HIG house in Lumbini Vihar, Niladri Vihar;
A house in Bajrang Vihar, Patia;
A plot in Raghunathpur;
A flat in Nageswar Residency, Patia;
A plot in Niladri Vihar, Sector-2;
A flat in Kanchanjanga Apartment, Chandrasekharpur.
