Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) has issued a show cause notice to a private agency engaged in Animal Birth Control (ABC).
The BMC acted following complaints from citizens pertaining to the ‘questionable methods’ of ABC.
In this matter, a veterinarian Dr Saroj Pradhan linked with the ABC programme of BMC has also been removed, the BMC informed through a tweet.
