Berhampur: As the Central Government has suspended all public transport services to contain the spread of Covid-19 pandemic, as many as 38 fishermen took a five-day journey on a boat from Karnataka and reached Odisha on Saturday.
The boat with 28 persons from Odisha and 10 from Andhra Pradesh had landed at Pati Sonepur beach in Ganjam district. On getting information, police and district administration jumped into action and have arranged for their quarantine.
