**Puri:** At least six persons were injured in a series of bomb blasts during a group clash at Mangala Sahi under Baliapanda police limits of Puri district today.
Five among them have been identified as Ganesh Biswal, Narahari Behera, Nabin Mandal, Dhananjaya Mandal and Gitanjali Das. Two of the six injured are undergoing treatment at Puri district headquarters hospital.
Reportedly, some residents of Mangala Sahi were taking bath in a pond when few residents of Kandara Sahi passed lewd remarks at them. This led to a clash between residents of the two localities.
As per latest reports, irate people have staged road blockade demanding immediate arrest of the accused. Police force has been deployed in the area to control the situation.
