Balasore: Excise department officials during a raid near Bara Mile petrol pump under Kamarda police limits in Balasore district seized 72 grams brown sugar and arrested one person in this connection.
According to reports, the seized contraband is estimated to be worth Rs 7.20 lakh.
The accused has been identified as Dibakar Nayak (30) of Kasba Kamarda village.
A case has been registered at the Jaleswar Excise Satellite station in this regard.
