Bhubaneswar: The Board of Secondary Education (BSE) matriculation supplementary examination starts today.
The examination will be held from July 22 to July 31, as per the scheduled timings notified earlier, i.e., 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Students can download their respective admit cards from the official website of BSE, i.e., www.bseodisha.ac.in.
The matric supplementary exam will be held at 83 centres statewide, accommodating 972 students.
Meanwhile, the State Open School Certificate examination will take place at 121 centres, catering to a larger group of 24,520 students.

In this year’s matric examination, a total of 5,41,061 students sat for the exam, with a remarkable 5,30,153 students achieving passing grades.
Notably, girls outperformed boys, with a pass rate of 96.73% compared to 95.39% for boys, demonstrating a slight yet significant edge in academic performance.
