Builder Found Dead

Bhubaneswar: A builder was found dead under suspicious circumstances in the Chandrasekharpur Police Station area of the capital city on Saturday.

The deceased has been identified as Jitender Nayak, the owner of Binayak Construction.

According to sources, Nayak had been struggling with severe financial pressures, largely due to business losses and mounting debts. It is believed that he had taken out a substantial loan from a bank to purchase land but was unable to repay the loan, which may have led to his tragic decision.

Authorities were alerted after Nayak was found hanging in his apartment. Upon receiving a tip-off, Chandrasekharpur police swiftly reached the scene, seized the body, and sent it for post-mortem. A forensic team was also dispatched to begin a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death.
