Bus Driver Stabbed, Admitted To Hospital In Critical Condition

Nabarangpur: The driver of a private bus was stabbed at Umerkot in Nabarangpur district and has been admitted to a health center in Umerkote in a critical condition. The victim has been identified as Phuplin Chandra Nayak.

According to reports, Phuplin Chandra Nayak’s private bus was scheduled to leave for Jaipur at 5:30 am on Wednesday. Prior to starting the journey, Phuplin went for a wash in a deserted place in Umerkote.

An unidentified miscreant stabbed Phuplin while he was bathing around 4.30 am. Hearing his cries for help people rushed to the spot and admitted him to the Umerkot Medical Center.
