Bhubaneswar: Fares of all passenger buses other than town buses plying in the State of Odisha has been hiked due to the rise in fuel prices.
As per a notification issued by Office of the Transport Commissioner, the fare of Ordinary buses have been hiked from 89 paise per km to 92 paise per km.
Similarly, fares of Express buses have been hiked from 93 to 96 paise per km; Deluxe buses from 129 to 135 paise per km; AC Deluxe buses from 157 to 163 paise per km; and Super Premium buses from 244 to 253 paise per km.
