Baripada: A businessman was shot dead and looted of Rs 20 lakh at Hatbadra under Rairangpur Rural Police Station in Mayurbhanj district on Tuesday.
Reportedly, four miscreants fired three rounds on two businessmen of West Bengal and fled with the loot. While one businessman died, the other was injured in the firing.
On getting information, Mayurbhanj Police sealed all the neighbouring State borders of Rairangpur and launched a manhunt to nab the miscreants.
