Bhubaneswar: The Court of District and Sessions Judge, Bhadrak today turned down the bail plea of former I&PR Director Niranjan Sethi, in connection with the murder case of cameraman Manas Swain.
Sethi is one of the accused in this sensational case of kidnapping, murder and disposal of the body of Swain. The case is being probed by the Crime Branch.
The court deferred the bail hearing of other accused Parameswar Nayak, Bhagyaban Sahu, Bibek Nayak and Krushnachandra Nayak as the investigating agency is yet to submit the case diary, sources said.
