Bhubaneswar: Shreya Pattanayak, a student of Mother’s Public School in Bhubaneswar, has scored 500 out of 500 in the Class X examinations, the results of which were released by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Friday.
After securing the perfect score, Shreya, the only child of businessman Srikant Patatnayak and home-maker Sushree Sangita Pattanayak, wants to pursue medical studies. She gave the credit for her success to the guidance of her mother and school teachers.
It is pertinent to mention that this year the pass percentage of girl students has been 1.41 percent higher than that of boys in class X.
