Bhubaneswar: Senior IAS officer R. Santhanagopalan, Chief Electoral Officer of Odisha and Ex-officio Commissioner-cum-Secretary to the Government’s Home (Elections) Department, was assigned an additional charge as Commissioner-cum-Secretary to the Government’s Social Security and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Department (SSEPD).
The General Administration and Public Grievance Department issued a notification in this regard.
As a result, Sanjeeb Kumar Mishra’s additional appointment as Principal Secretary to the Government’s Social Security and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Department will be terminated once Santhanagopalan assumes office, the notification added.
