Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja Reviews Preparations For PM Modi’s Odisha Visit

Bhubaneswar: Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja reviewed the preparations for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Odisha on September 27 at Lok Seva Bhawan. The Prime Minister will attend the national-level ‘Seva Parv’ programme in Berhampur and inaugurate, lay the foundation stone, and dedicate several development projects to the people, including those in Odisha.

The meeting was attended by senior officials, including Development Commissioner Anu Garg and Additional Chief Secretary of Home Department Satyabrat Sahu. Ganjam District Magistrate Kirti Bhasan V. joined the meeting virtually. Higher Education Commissioner Arvind Agrawal gave a detailed presentation on the programme, outlining the schedule and logistics.

The Chief Secretary gave necessary instructions and suggestions to ensure proper coordination and cooperation for the various programs scheduled for the Prime Minister’s visit, including on-site and virtual events.

Discussions were held on stage preparation, seating arrangements, event checklists, and other logistical aspects to ensure a smooth and successful event. The Chief Minister had earlier held a preparatory meeting and given instructions for the Prime Minister’s visit.
