Koraput/Malkangiri: Chief Secretary Suresh Chandra Mohapatra began a three-day visit to Koraput and Malkangiri districts on Thursday. Member, Board of Revenue, GVV Sarma is accompanying the Chief Secretary on this visit. While Mahapatra will visit villages of Odisha – Chhattisgarh and Odisha – Andhra bordering areas, Sarma is scheduled to visit Vishakhapatnam.
Chief Secretary is also likely to visit Kotia during this visit. Senior officials of Koraput district administration and police were present at Jeypore airstrip on CS’ arrival. He went to Malkangiri for a few hours and held discussions with the Collector and SP about development projects in the district. The CS toured Motu area and returned back.
