Bhubaneswar: The Economic Offences Wing of Crime Branch has announced a reward for anyone providing information on a chit fund fraudster belonging to West Bengal.
The man identified as Sanjay Kumar Das is a native of Amta Road in Dasnagar area of West Bengal. He was running a firm named Weird Infrastructures Corporation Ltd.
According to the EOW, Das duped around 100 people of Rs 10 crore approximately by means of ponzi schemes. The EOW stated that anyone who gives information about Das will be rewarded and his or her name shall be kept secret.
“The information should be given only to the mobile Number 9437097662 and not on any other platform,” the EOW stated.
