Bhubaneswar: The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha, on Wednesday announced that the Plus Two Annual Examination 2026 will begin on February 18 and conclude on March 21, spanning a total of 22 days.
Addressing the media, CHSE Chairman Mrunal Kanti Das said that 4,00,737 students have registered for the examination this year. To accommodate them, the council has designated 1,350 exam centres across the state.
In a significant step towards ensuring transparency and curb malpractice, 210 centres will be monitored under AI-powered camera surveillance.
The council also informed that admit cards will be issued by December 15, enabling students to make necessary preparations well in advance.
With just over two months remaining, schools and students across Odisha are gearing up for one of the most critical examinations of the academic calendar.
