Class X Student Killed In Road Accident In Malkangiri

Bhubaneswar: A class X student died, and another was injured as the bike they were travelling in was hit by a pick-up van near Chandanguda in Malkangiri district on Thursday.

The deceased has been identified as Bikram Sardar, a student of Padmagiri High School.

The mishap took place when both the students were on their way to appear for High School Certificate (HSC) examination. They were heading towards Serapali examination centre when their bike was hit by the pick-up van. Bikram died on the spot, while Tapas Sardar sustained severe injuries in the mishap.
