CM Announces Rs 3 Lakh Ex-Gratia For Kin Of Deceased In Jajpur Bus Accident

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has expressed deep grief over the death of five persons after a bus carrying them skidded off the flyover near Barabati Chhak in Jajpur district today.

Apart from expressing his deep sympathies to the bereaved families, the Chief Minister has announced an ex-gratia of Rs 3 lakh each for the next of kin of the deceased persons.

Moreover, the Chief Minister has directed the district administration to make arrangements for suitable treatment of the injured and has wished for their speedy recovery.
