Bhubaneswar: Odisha CM Mohan Charan Majhi congratulated the Department of Agriculture and Farmers’ Empowerment on being honoured as the “Best State in Agriculture” at the 16th Agriculture Leadership Conclave by Agriculture Today Group.
The Chief Minister praised the Department’s tireless efforts in reshaping the agricultural sector and uplifting the farming community.
Taking to his X handle, he wrote: “Congratulations to the @krushibibhag on being honoured as the ‘Best State in Agriculture’ at the 16th Agriculture Leadership Conclave by Agriculture Today Group. The Deputy Chief Minister of Odisha and Minister of Agriculture & Farmers’ Empowerment and Energy, Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo, received the award.
The award was bestowed at a glittering function in New Delhi in the presence of Union Minister of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, Piyush Goyal, Former Chief Justice of India and Chairman of the Award Committee, Justice P. Sathasivam and other distinguished guests.
