Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi felicitated Sattwik Satyakam Devta, who secured All India Rank 100 in the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2026, at Lok Seva Bhawan on Saturday.
According to release from CMO office, Sattwik, a native of Hatadihi block in Keonjhar district, met the CM along with his parents.
Majhi congratulated Sattwik on his achievement, calling it an inspiration for the youth of Odisha, particularly Keonjhar district.
Also, Majhi wished Sattwik a bright future and said serving the people is the primary goal of administrative services. The CM advised Sattwik to work diligently for the progress of the country and society.
It is pertinent to mention that Sattwik comes from a family with a strong administrative background, with his father Goswami Devta being a retired bureaucrat.
Sattwik (29) is mechanical engineering graduate from Odisha University of Technology and Research (OUTR), Bhubaneswar, having completed his degree in 2018. Prior to his success in the civil services exam, Sattwik had been serving as an Assistant Manager at Nabard since 2023.
