Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Tuesday expressed pride over the state being recognised as a Top Achiever in three key business-centric reform areas — Business Entry, Labour Regulation Enablers, and Sector-Specific Healthcare — at the Udyog Samagam 2025, organised by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India.
Welcoming the recognition, Chief Minister Majhi said it reflects Odisha’s steady transformation into one of the most progressive and business-friendly states in the country, driven by reform-oriented governance and investor-centric policies.
“It is a matter of great pride that Odisha has been honoured as a Top Achiever in three key business-centric reform areas. This recognition highlights Odisha’s emergence as one of India’s most progressive and business-friendly states, driven by reform-oriented governance and investor-centric policies,” CM Majhi stated in a post on his social media platform X.
Reaffirming his government’s commitment to further strengthening the investment ecosystem, Majhi said Odisha continues to prioritise the ease of doing business, promote transparent governance, and foster a dynamic environment for sustainable industrial growth and job creation.

The Chief Minister also lauded the Industries Department and all stakeholders for their relentless efforts and contributions toward Odisha’s industrial development and reform-led growth.
