Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi visited Odisha Niwas and the Office of the Chief Resident Commissioner in New Delhi on Tuesday.
During the visit, the Chief Minister engaged with staff and guests while conducting a thorough review of the existing facilities.
CM Majhi directed authorities to undertake renovation work in the basement office to improve its functionality and overall environment. He stressed the need to maintain high standards at the office premises that represent Odisha in the national capital.
At the canteen, the Chief Minister advocated for the promotion of authentic Odia cuisine to cater to the Odia diaspora residing in Delhi-NCR. He further highlighted the potential of Odisha’s rich culinary heritage to attract non-Odia visitors, thereby enhancing the appreciation of the state’s cultural identity.
