Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi will embark on a three-day visit to Keonjhar district beginning today.
During his visit, he will participate in various events and inaugurate several programmes.
On Friday, Majhi will arrive in Keonjhar via helicopter and inaugurate paddy procurement at Palaspanga Cooperative Society.
He will also address a public meeting at Murusuan, unveil a statue of revolutionary leader Dharanidhar Naik, and attend Gayatri Parivar’s mahayajna. Besides, the Chief Minister will also inaugurate Gonasika Mahotsav in the evening.
On Saturday, he will attend a state-level science exhibition at DN High School Stadium, participate in Maidanakel High School’s golden jubilee celebrations, and visit Silisuan for Ol Chiki language centenary celebrations. He will also attend Padampur High School’s golden jubilee function as the chief guest.
On Sunday, Majhi will visit Sirigida for PM Shri High School’s golden jubilee, attend Saraswati Shishu Vidyamandir’s golden jubilee celebrations in Baniapat, and participate in the 48th Pala Sammilani at Parkline Auditorium.
