Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi will begin a two-day visit to Sambalpur district today, during which he is scheduled to inaugurate several key development projects aimed at improving urban infrastructure, healthcare, and public services in the region.
During the visit, the Chief Minister will inaugurate a 24×7 drinking water supply project, a new trauma care building, and environment-friendly e-bus services, among other initiatives. These projects form part of the state government’s ongoing efforts to ensure balanced and inclusive development across western Odisha.
Taking to social media platform X, the Chief Minister highlighted the government’s commitment to transforming Sambalpur into a model district in terms of both infrastructure and social progress.
“Our government is committed to developing Sambalpur, the heart of western Odisha, into a leading district in terms of both infrastructure and social progress,” he said.
