Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi is set to visit Jajpur district today to attend a massive public gathering in Kalinga Nagar.
As per reports, Majhi will inaugurate and lay the foundation stones for various projects. These initiatives, involving an investment of approximately ₹1,15,000 crore, are expected to create over 35,000 jobs in the district.
To ensure security during the Chief Minister’s visit, stringent measures have been put in place, with a significant police force deployed at the event venue.
The event will also see the participation of key dignitaries, including Cooperation, Handlooms, Textiles, and Handicrafts Minister Pradeep Bal Samanta, Industries, Skill Development, and Technical Education Minister Sampad Chandra Swain, Member of Parliament Dr Rabindra Narayan Behera, along with local representatives and district administration officials.
