Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Mohan Majhi will present his government’s 100 days’ report card before the people at a function scheduled to be held at Saradhabali in Puri on Thursday. The Mohan Najhi government in the state completes its 100-day today and the BJP has organised a big event on the occasion in Puri to “make the state government accessible to the people”.
Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, members of his Cabinet, Union ministers, MLAs, MPs and top BJP leaders are scheduled to attend the event in Puri today.
Majhi will present the achievements of his government in the past 100 days before the people at the function in Puri today. According to reports, Majhi will list achievements like opening all four doors of the Srimandir, opening the Jagannath Temple Ratna Bhandar, and payment of the first installment of the Subhadra Yojana to women.
He is also likely to talk about the state government’s initiative to return the money deposited by people in various chit funds in the state. The process of returning the money to the scam victims has started and a committee has been formed to assess the legal aspects.
After the state-level programme in Puri, special programmes will be organised in the districts and Assembly constituencies from September 20 to 22 to mark the occasion.
