Bhubaneswar: After declaring that all educational institutions will remain closed till June 17, the State Government has now advised all private educational institutions to consider reduction or deferment of fees from the months of April till June.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik’s official Twitter handle made the suggestion. It said that in the view of lockdown and the subsequent economic stress would make it difficult for parents whose income have been adversely affected.

Odisha has been in lockdown since March 22, and all educational institutions were shut down from way before to induce social distancing.
