CM Naveen Approves Instream Storage Structure Over Salki River In Boudh

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today approved an instream storage structure for Boudh district.

The CM also sanctioned Rs 324 crore for the project, titled Satighat instream storage structure which will be built on Salki River.

It is worth mentioning that 5T and Nabin Odisha Chairman V.K Pandian had received the proposal from the public for various projects during his visit to Boudh district. The Chief Minister approved the project as per the proposal of the people.

The structure will benefit the people of Boudh district. It will be especially helpful in the areas of drinking water projects, fish farming, animal husbandry, and increasing groundwater levels.
