Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister and BJD supremo Naveen Patnaik on Friday held a marathon campaigning for his party’s candidates for the fourth phase of elections in the state on June 1.
Patnaik addressed mammoth public meetings at Rairangpur, Baripada, Balasore and Korei seeking votes for his party’s candidates.
At Rairangpur, the Chief Minister paid his humble tributes to Pandit Raghunath Murmu.
Addressing a massive public meeting, the BJD supremo said that the daughter of the soil and his sister Droupadi Murmu is the President of India. Respecting the daughter of this soil, the BJD supported her in the Presidential election, Patnaik said.
Patnaik reiterated that the BJD government will provide free electricity to the people. There will be no electricity bill from July. Are you happy, he asked. The meeting venue resonated with ‘Yes’ in joy.
The Chief Minister also took feedback about various welfare schemes of his government such as BSKY, Mission Shakti, Mamata, LAccMI Bus, KALIA, 5T School Transformation, Scholarship scheme, Madhubabu Pension Yojana, Ration Card, Puri Parikrama Project. Is Naveen Patnaik good? People responded affirmatively with great joy.
The Chief Minister urged the people to bless his party’s MP and MLA candidates to win the elections with a huge number of votes.
The Chief Minister also addressed public meetings at Baripada, Balasore and Korei seeking votes for his party’s MLA and MP candidates.
During the electioneering, Patnaik was accompanied by 5T chairman and senior BJD leader Kartik Pandian.
