Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik announced the Notified Area Council (NAC) status for Sheragada panchayat in Ganjam district today.
Patnaik has launched and laid the foundation of several welfare projects worth Rs 300 crore in Sheragada.
While addressing a public meeting, Patnaik said “Hinjili-Sheragada constituency has become an ideal segment in the State with the support of people. The block has gained a new identity as the best block in the country. All houses in Hinjili Shergada are being provided with piped water.”
