Bhubaneswar: The Chief Minister’s Grievance Cell has resolved 2,112 complaints out of 11,547 received between June 16 and July 15, since the formation of the new BJP government in Odisha, informed Chief Minister Mohan Majhi during the monsoon assembly session on Monday.
CM Majhi’s reply came in response to a question raised by Jeypore MLA Tara Prasad Bahinipati. During the question-answer session, Bahinipati raised the issue of grievance petitions being received and heard at the CM’s Grievance Cell.
Replying to Bahinipati’s query, CM Mohan Majhi informed that as many as 11,547 petitions have been received at the cell between June 16 and July 15. Out of the 11, 547 cases, 2,112 cases have been sorted out. The remaining cases are being forwarded to respective departments and offices for prompt attention and resolution.
