Bhubaneswar: A Mission Shakti Loan Mela was organized at Gajapati Stadium by Paralakhemundi Municipality in Gajapati district today.
The loan mela programme was inaugurated by Atanu Sabyasachi Nayak, Minister of Food Supplies & Consumer Welfare, Co-operation.
The programme was attended by Chandrasekhar Sahu, MP, Berhampur; Gabara Tirupati Rao, President, Zilla Parishad, Gajapati; Mariyam Raita, Chairperson, SDC; Nirmala Sethy Chairperson, Paralakhemundi Municipality; Lingraj Panda, Collector, Gajapati; Sangram Panda, ADM Gajapati; Romanchal Khamari, CDO-Cum-EO, Zilla Parishad Gajapati.
Around 4,500 Women SHG members and beneficiaries of different Government schemes attended the programme.
The following Government benefits were distributed to the Women SHG members and to other beneficiaries.
