Bhubaneswar: The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) today issued a yellow warning for the next 24 hours for 9 districts with a forecast of dense fog. On the other hand, the minimum temperature (night temperature) is very likely to fall by 2 to 3°C during next 2 days.
According to the IMD, dense fog is very likely to affect Sundargarh, Keonjhar, Angul, Dhenkanal, Boudh, Bolangir, Kandhamal, Kalahandi, and Nawarangpur districts during the next 24 hours.
Similarly, on January 19, Malkangiri, Koraput, Rayagada, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Boudh, Angul, Dhenkanal, and Cuttack districts will experience dense fog. The temprature in Bhubaneswar will be around 25°C and 13°C (maximum and minimum) respectively during the next 24 hours.
On the other hand, Malkangiri, Koraput, Rayagada, Kandhamal, Boudh, Angul, Nayagarh, Dhenkanal, Keonjhar, Jajpur, Bhadrak, Balasore, and Cuttack district will witness foggy conditions on January 20, the IMD state.
