Bhubaneswar: Apart from dry weather prevailing over the State, cold wave is still prevalent following which Phulbani in the plains of Odisha recorded the lowest minimum (night) temperature of 7.0 degree Celsius, IMD informed.
As per the India Meteorological Department (IMD)’s weather bulletin, Jharsuguda recorded 8.6 degree C, Daringbadi 10, Bolangir 10.1, Keonjhar 10.4, Sonepur 10.8, Sundargarh 11, Bargarh 11.8, Angul and Baripada 12, Sambalpur and Bhawanipatna 12.2, Nabarangpur 12.3, Boudh 13, Cuttack 13.5 and Koraput 13.6 and Balasore 13.8 degree C.
While the highest maximum temperature of 32.5 degree C was recorded at Malkangiri, shallow fog was witnessed in Koraput and Malkangiri.
