**Koraput:** In a shocking incident, a college student allegedly stabbed another student inside the college campus on Monday. This incident has been reported from Baipariguda College in the district here.
The injured student has been identified as Jayraj Tali and the accused has been identified as Bijay Khasla.
The injured was rushed to the Baipariguda Community Health Centre (CHC) and was later shifted to Jeypore Sub-Divisional Hospital.
As per reports, the two students together went to the college at around 11 am on Monday but had a tiff over something which turned ugly and Bijay attaked Jayraj with a sword on his head. During the scuffle, Jayraj sustained critical injuries on his head while his left ear got chopped off.
As Jayraj’s condition deteriorated further, he has been shifted to Koraput Medical College and Hospital where he is undergoing treatment.
