COVID-19 In Odisha: 3913 Test Positive, 10 Succumb

Bhubaneswar: 3913 new COVID-19 cases were registered in the last 24 hours in Odisha. Also, the coronavirus-related death toll in the State reached 626 as 10 more patients succumbed to the infection.
Of the new cases, 2348 were in quarantine when detected with the deadly virus, rest 1565 were local contact cases, tweeted I&PR Department. As of Sunday morning, the total number of COVID-19 cases in the State surged to 1,50,807.

The coronavirus death toll in Odisha climbed to 626 on Sunday. There are two fatalities from Cuttack, and one each from Ganjam, Kalahandi, Mayurbhanj, Subarnapur and Khordha districts. One death was reported from Bhubaneswar as well. The H&FW Department shared the details:
- A 60-year old male of Balasore district who was also suffering from Diabetes, Hypertension.
- A 62-year old male of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Hypertension.
- A 66-year old male of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Diabetes & Hypertension.
- A 45-year old male of Cuttack district who was also suffering from Diabetes.
- A 74-year old male of Cuttack district who was also suffering from Diabetes.
- A 55-year old male of Ganjam district.
- A 62-year old male of Kalahandi district who was also suffering from Diabetes & Hypertension.
- A 60-year old male of Khordha district who was also suffering from hypertension.
- A 60-year old male of Mayurbhanj district who was also suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease.
- An 84-year old male of Subarnapur district who was also suffering from Diabetes & Hypertension.
