Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government has decided to keep in abeyance upward revision of market value of immovable properties till the end of this financial year, i.e., up to March 31, 2021.
The decision was taken to give relief to the registrant public during the economic crisis arising out of the extraordinary situation of Covid-19 pandemic.
The Revenue & Disaster Management Department has issued a circular to Collector-cum-Chairman, District Valuation Committee of all districts in this connection on Wednesday.
